Requesting a Refund
Because your subscription or purchase was processed directly through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, we do not have access to your billing information. As a result, we cannot process refunds directly from our side. You must request a refund through the specific store where the purchase was made.
Please follow the instructions below for your specific device.
iOS (Apple App Store)
Apple handles all billing transactions for iOS devices directly. To request a refund, you must use their "Report a Problem" portal.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com using any web browser.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then select Next.
Select the specific subscription or item from the list, then select Submit.
Apple will review your request and typically update you on the status within 48 hours.
Android (Google Play Store)
Google provides a refund window where you can request a refund directly through your account history.
On your computer or mobile browser, go to play.google.com/store/account.
Click on Order History.
Find the order you want to return.
Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and choose the option that describes your situation.
Complete the form and submit.
If it has been less than 48 hours since you made the purchase, requesting a refund through Google is usually the fastest method. You will typically receive a decision within 1 business day.
